Been a while since I did skyrim stuff, changed some minor things and fixed the need to change file name for JKs LITE v1.3. NOTE: This means if your using 1.2 or older of JKs LITE you need to update to 1.3 or change the file name to "JKs LITE - Cities.esp"

A version that works with the 1.3 version of JKs SuperLITE. NOTE: Requires either v1.3 of JKs SuperLITE or change the file name to "JKs SuperLITE - Cities.esp"
