Is Enchanting a skill your character just doesn't want to learn but
you are tired of finding great looking armor, clothing, and weapons
but then finding other items with great enchantments and wish you
could transfer the enchantment? Do you sometimes forget to rename
your items while you're enchanting them?

If so, just find a copy of "Arcane Enchanter Basics" and you'll learn
the secrets for directly transferring enchantments without needing to
learn them and for renaming items without changing their enchantment.
The small book is just Wylandriah's notes on the subject. She has the
original lying around somewhere and she sent a copy to the College of
Winterhold. Faralda sometimes uses the College copy so she can reach
the top shelf in her wardrobe.

Alternately hold Wabbajack in your right hand while activating any
Arcane Enchanter. Sheogorath seems to like Wylandriah's work. :)

KNOWN PROBLEMS AND LIMITATIONS

If holding Wabbajack you'll be able to bypass normal enchanting
limitations. That means you could end up losing a quest item or
unbalancing your game. The original items aren't really destroyed,
so if you need some item back just use the console command from
Wylandriah's book and grab it from the barrel on the bridge.
