I'm not very good with diplomacy, but I feel that I should still let people know that I no longer plan on updating this mod any time in the near future.
I realize that this might be a disappointment to the few people who follow my mod, but I just can't force myself to work on projects that no longer interest me. I'm truly sorry about that. I have a few exciting, work-in-progress mods that I may continue to work on, but not until I get back into playing Skyrim.
So does this mod completely disable the perks that boost magic/stamina regen? Or do they resume their respective bonuses while under the effects of regen food?
This mod reduces your innate regeneration of each attribute from 100% to 0%, meaning you won't regenerate at all without some additional regeneration effect. Perks that grant regeneration are examples of such effects. The Wind Walker perk gives you +50% stamina regeneration in light armor. The first rank of Recovery gives you +25% magicka regeneration.
Any chance you could change red and green apples to magicka regen? That would mitigate the frustration of the lack of sweets early on for mage characters.
Nope. I lost interest in continuing work on this mod in 2013. However, if you were so inclined, it would be relatively easy for you to make that change for yourself using TES5Edit. All you would have to do is swap the stamina regeneration effects on the apples with magicka regeneration.
With Vinifera7's permission I made a small add-on for this mod. It makes the Dragonborn and Hearthfire DLC food "Legit". http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73831
Does this mod still works in 2016, with your plugins? I mean like is it buggy to a point of ruining a playthrough? Ever since i played enderal, the food regen thingy/system is a must and so far this is the only mod that I found thats exactly like that :/
I hate RND and iNeed kinda mod, it was fun at first but then it became a chore afterwards. But the healing effects like in enderal makes food so legit that i just cant play it vanilla.
This is exactly the mod ive been looking for ^^. Finally a mod that doesn't turn skyrim into some survival game but still incorporate the nessecity of food items and rest.
Can't believe I found this only today. Positive incentives are so much more satisfying than penalties! (Well yes, I know both types of needs mods have some sort of penalty invovled, but yours focuses so much more on the incentive side, and it's so goooood )
Thank you for this great mod! Exactly what I was looking for all this time; tried iNeed and RND, but realized what a chore it was, while with this it's more natural. Suppose I just go for positive incentivization more, haha.
Also, really appreciate your Investment Config mod!
I just want to say that this is still the ONLY needs mod that I have ever tried and liked. I don't use it anymore because it is outdated but it was an awesome mod and the only one that got it right for me. Now I just roleplay needs with food mods.

I`m not satisfied with the way food is handled in that and would love to overwrite it with this if possible

Gromit's mod will conflict with this mod. Both change the food items.
Sorry machine translation.
As it is, THANK YOU for a great mod.
