Tho not sure if it's for the mods I have installed, or maybe the difficulty in which I'm playing but the enemies seem to be far too OP. Like even on Very Easy I was finding some level 30s, sometimes even level 60 enemies spawning.
Any idea how to work with that? Also what exactly the enemies difficulty mean? Their base level or overall equipment?

I will port it this weekend. If I encounter a problem converting I will let you guys know so you're not just looking but the mod looks very easy to do.
UPDATE: I got the mod working for SSE and I messaged wellsantos for permission to upload the mod to Nexus SSE. I'm not sure if his reply in this thread was for anyone to upload or the guy who asked only?
This mod is simple and amazing. Regular Skyrim only has encounter zones where monsters are premade to spawn. This mod makes sure anytime is a fight for your life. Even if cities as an option.
For new play through, set the number spawn to 1-3. Easy For mid play through, set the number spawn to 4-6 normal/hard For high lvl s, set the number spawn to 8 10. max difficulty.
This is a very good mod. An example is when I was doing the Nettlebane quest: I was still too weak to fight that Hagraven properly, then outta nowhere, a group of bandits spawned while I was sneaking around. They didn't see me but they saw the Hagraven. She ended up killing them all, but then she was an easy kill for me.
It was rather immersive, honestly. As if a group of people just decided to kill that beast and loot her stuff on that day and I just happened to have that idea as well.
Just wanted to say this mod demonstrates one of the best examples of what its like for something to be underrated. No BS just effing more enemies. Excellent work

I did only because I got bored of long trips to undiscovered places without any enemy in the way.
Now, I can't even play without this mod anymore, Skyrim is not the same without it. So I decided to publish it.
I hope you may feel the same. Enjoy!
