I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or even still reading these, but after I install the glowing veins, the veins do glow, but the color isn't right. The glowing texture looks like unicorn puke. I've tried reinstalling, removing any other mods that affect the veins, and looking through my enblocal.ini and enbseries.ini for anything that might be effecting it. But alas, I just can't get it to look right. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm running Skyrim LE.

For anyone trying to use the new version 6 textures for oldrim (because let's be honest, they just look so much better) what I did (which works so far after 10 minutes of testing) is install the version for oldrim and download the new one manually. Then extract the file and in a second window open your game directory to the texture folder inside the data folder. Go through the SSE mod's folder and find all the .dds files (textures) and copy them over to the same directory as they're in in the mod's folder into your game's texture folder. If there are base files and options, copy the base files over first and then copy the option you want second, overwriting the base options files. For example ingots/textures/clutter would be copied to data/textures/clutter, overwriting anything it asks. I didn't touch the hearthfire patch folder(Payload/patches), as the oldrim mod doesn't include that so I have no idea how that will turn out, I'll have to go see. Maybe everyone already knows how to do this and I'm just an idiot, or no one even wants to, but I just spent the last 30 minutes experimenting with this so I thought the least I could do is post what worked for me. Also posted to the SSE page.

Will you upgrade this one with textures and meshes from the SSE one?

I hope you're still considering this, I took a look at the SSE files and I don't feel confident that simply copying textures is going to work. Hopefully it's not too much trouble. Thanks.

Any chance for an LE version of your HQ caves/mines etc? I love them in SSE but I'm coming back and would love to use them here too! (And if they already exist, I'm just blind)

I just made post about how I Jerry-rigged a solution to this (this applies to the enhanced ore veins only). For the caves/mines/mountains you can install the SSE files to oldrim just fine (in my experience). As long as it's just textures (.dds files) it's no problem, only meshes (.nif) create issues.

I was looking at GOV in a viewer, and then yours to compare and D/L'd this right away, even though its total size is little on the large side. The old mod mesh and textures were positively blocky with visible seams on every surface-ugh. Looking at a lot of the work done for bethesda, its hard to believe people got paid (and well I imagine), to produce those poorly made vanilla assets.

Only comment i have, is , like a few others, I find the ingots far too angular and 'perfect'. They are well done as such, but just don't 'fit' very well.

Any suggestions on how to use this with Immersive Jewelry, no matter how I install this mod and IJ (both letting this overwrite and again with IJ overwriting) the textures ALWAYS mismatch the meshes with the vanilla ingots and IJ's tabs and bars. Anyone know of any fixes/advice or are you planning on making a patch CC?

im not exactly sure WHY i needed 4k ore textures, but i know i needed them. i especially like how the ore is simply VISIBLE instead of having a bright glow to it like the....other mod.
