I have made ​​this mod using one of my Nord characters presets, Tyrna. 
She performs all the functions of any regular follower, you can also marry her.

LOCATION 

You can find Tyrna in the center of Riften, sitting on a bench near the bridge of the Temple of Mara. 
She will return to that point when you dimiss her. 

FEATURES 

• Levels with player (1-80)

• Her specialties are Light Armor and One handed Swords. 
  
  
• She can use some restoration and destruction spells. 
  
  
• She wears an Elven armor by default.
  

REQUIRED MODS 

ApachiiSkyHair by Apachii - Version 1.5 is recommended, though I don't know if it will work with 1.6
Coverwomen - Look 3 by mrLenski
Natural Eyes by nevenbridge

PS: Coverwomen and Natural Eyes are optional, but she may look different. 

Make sure you have ApachiiSkyHair installed, otherwise your game may crash.
