How to install manually:
Put the .esp in your Skyrim\Data folder.
Then open up Nexus Mod Manager, Skyrim Launcher or any other mod activator.
Activate the .esp.
Play!

How to uninstall manually:
Remove the .esp from your Skyrim\Data folder and/or just deactivate the mod.
