Wonderful dungeons, congrats. On my way out of Vallaskr, I found a room with three pilars, a trapdoor and a journal. Read the journal, tried many combinations but nothing happens. Is there anything I am missing?
I've heard this before from a few people. Are you running any loot or inventory mods? He's basically just a custom-named Draugr. I've poured over him in CK but I haven't found any apparent cause. My best guess is that this is some kind of mod conflict, since I can't replicate the glitch. Thanks for bringing it to my attention! At least it's not game breaking.
I had the same issue with not being able to loot the king and some of the lower draugr near the end. Not a biggee, though, as overall it was a great, unique experience. Nice work !
I know this is a VERY old post but I play constellations mod pack and was having the same issue...but I found a solution for lootgobling completionist hoes like myself.
Use console command and while targeting the king's body type : Removeallitems player
And his entire inventory will be transferred to yours.

I'm stuck I'm vallaskr (halls of the king) and cant seem to find a way out. Also, where do I find the entrance/key to the forgotten tower? (ps4 version, if it matters)
When I enter Vallaskr, all kinds of messed up things going on visually. I have not seen anything about it here in the comments, so am I missing something?
I'm about halfway through this mod I think; staggeringly well conceived and executed, and an absolute delight so far, so thank you! One thing though: PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO GET INTO/FIND STONEHILL REFUGE? I have trawled all round Stonehill camp, cottage and mine for an hour and not found it. HELP!
I've answered my own question: the Refuge is "under" Stonehill Bluff giants camp, and nothing to do with Stonehill Camp next to Stonehills Mine! I do think the "blurb" might make this clearer, ie specifically cite Stonehill Bluff as the area instead of Stonehill Camp.
bandit leader i am suppose to kill for a quest is suppose to be in Shatterstone Mine but hes not spawning and its just a blank area. Any help would be huge. Ive tried everyhting
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: can anyone tell me where to find the key to The Forgotten Tower in Halls of the King/Vallaskr? I've completed the entire dungeon once before, with the exception of this Tower (which is shown as "Cleared" for some reason). I'm now virtually finished for the second time, but still no key! HELP!

I'm getting a bug saying "you need the spirit stone" despite having two in my inventory in the chamber where you find one of them when I try and activate the pedestal...
No, they are just a McGuffin to finish the dungeon and banish the "spirits" within it. They have no functional uses.
I have tried to make it so you don't actually pick them up (If you managed to get one in your inventory, than congratulations: you managed to do what none of my play-testers could!). They are supposed to sit on the ground as statics that disappear when you activate them and give you a message that they have been "picked up" (but really haven't been). Similarly, the pedestal is just an invisible activator that--if you activated the stones before--can be triggered to make them "re-appear". I apologize if this doesn't make sense; it's basically a Creation Kit workaround that I created to avoid inventory issues.
To resolve it: Go back to where you picked up the stone on Welkinspire Peak and look for an invisible activator that tells you to pick up the stones. Once you hit that, you should be able to use the pedestal.
On this subject: I picked up the spirit stone on W. Peak and placed it in (what I assume is) its intended holder in the Treasure Room (forgive me if that's the wrong term). The ground shook a lot when I did that, bt nothing else visible occurred. I have tried to "Activate Blood Seal" both before and after placing the stone in the holder as above. Nothing happens that I can see when I do this "activation", either using the one in the Treasure Room or the one on W. Peak. Is that correct, I mean is it part of the "workaround you mention, or is something broken? I'm not sure which or what pedestal you are referring to at the end of your post (in your final sentence). Am I doing somethign wrong perhaps? Picking up the Spirit Stone on the Peak was easy btw. I'm on XB1 if it makes any difference. And I still can't find Stonehill Refuge (see my previous post). I loved (and completed) the Trials Room btw.
Dungeons are absolutely amazing to look at and explore, however for some reason neither the enemies nor loot seem to scale with the player, so i was stuck fighting basic draugrs at lvl 60. Didnt really spoil the experience, but it felt a bit underwhelming to just one-shot the bosses
