This probably doesn't work with fozar's dragonborn patch, correct? Im just wondering because one of your pictures show an npc record being changed. Can you please clarify?
Edit: A shame. Read the downloads and saw it was 2.0. Luckily, I found a patch on mar 26 on the main mod page. Doesn't say the version number -_- but checking the date with requiem makes it seem compatible sorta.
Fozar's will need exclusive patch, because it certainly alters Dragonborn racial records. I'm willing to do one when Fozar updates his mod for AZ Tweaks or Requiem 2.0... until then, I'd like to avoid too many versions really.
As stated in the description, changes made to racial records of non-human races will not be compatibile. It's not really that impactful.. you could just load Fozar after Mortal Enemies - Requiem patch. Assuming that Fozar doesn't touch vanilla races and attack rotation, you would end up with not nerfed Dragonborn enemies only, which isn't a huge deal I think.
If you missed it, here should be 1.9.4.1 patch which you could load before Fozar and see how it works: https://mega.nz/#!4g8DiSIT!ERIWC2rvwPaoe1W4fxwe_n20owNp0jBtkYtfqLWEjxo (make sure in xEdit it's not some other patch by accident, but it should be fine)
I am not 100% sure.. but nowadays anyone should be using Synthesis patcher, which should have Mortal Enemies patcher included. That way you can easily patch any load order, so manual edits are no longer necessary. I strongly recommend checking it out - https://github.com/Mutagen-Modding/Synthesis/wiki
When using MO2, usage is similar to any other patcher. Just add it as executable, like you would xEdit, and run it. Then locate patches you want from the search bar and patch your load order.
EDIT: Just noticed it's actually LE version page.. I am not 100% sure if Synthesis works in LE, but it's worth checking out.
I think it should be, unless they changed monsters to have different resistances or stats. For now I'm kinda chilling out. When Requiem officially hits SSE, I will revise my plugins.
If damage resistance of dragon priests is changed directly in their race records (that is draugr and dragon priest race), then it's not. If it's a more global change that alters something like values of already existing perk in the race record, instead of changing the perk itself, then it would be compatible. I don't use LE, so can't confirm.
i also have mod that add monsters, such as BSBruma, this will affect everyone using the reqtificator? Does it work with requiem 3.4.0?Is compatible with any weapon?even the one added by other mods such as heavy i armory i mean or bsbruma

By the way, I love Mortal Enemies now and it's a permanent part of my game.
