Official Skyrim patches fixed the infamous glitch that allows you to level speech indefinitely by persuading Ungrien over and over. This mod undoes that part of the patch, allowing you to once again have a "legit" exploit for speech leveling.

I noticed that there was some demand for an Ungrien un-fix, so here it is.
PERSUADE UNGRIEN INDEFINITELY
The dialogue option to persuade Ungrien in Riften doesn't disappear, same as it didn't in the original version of the game. This gives you an option for quickly leveling Speech, an agonizingly slow skill to level otherwise, without using the Restoration glitch (which requires high Enchanting and Alchemy) or console commands (which I think breaks immersion a lot more than this exploit). Now you can persuade Ungrien over and over to tell you his real opinion on Maven Black-Briar.
How it works, if you care:
The official Skyrim patch introduced a flag variable that sets to 1 whenever you persuade or bribe Ungrien successfully, and the flag must be equal to 0 in order to initiate the dialogue about Maven Black-Briar. This mod simply removes the requirement for the flag to be 0. The other scripts are not changed, to minimize the chance of bugs.

Notes
- I'm not expecting any bugs to show up, because this mod is very simple, but please tell me if there are any.
- Remember, of course, that leveling a non-combat skill like Speech too early in the game will cause problems with the difficulty curve. I strongly advise against using this exploit until you're pretty far along in the game.
- The speech level requirement to actually persuade him in the first place is unchanged.
