Rewrote the way MOO handles paths. Probably won't notice much difference unless you have a huge mod list.

Mods list sort by group is now default.
Can now sort archived files by group.
Moving or deleting archived files also does the same action to it's meta file.
Moved settings to it's own tab.
Added ability to backup or restore all your mods meta.ini files. It's probably best not to restore backups unless you've only recently made them.
Hidden mode is on by default now. Still can use Ctrl-H to turn it off.
Hidden mode toggle now saved to MOO's preferences.
