- Added "Escaped Criminal" quest. Now you can capture and send back to prison a bandit chief
- Added "Slay the beast" quest. Slay some beasts in animal dens (troll, tigers, etc.)
- Added MCM menu to configure bounty quest rewards. You can configure the amount of rewards and also you can decide if you want them leveled or not.
- Improved "Help the Mercenary" quest. Now you can choose to follow the mercenaries or make them to follow you during the quest.
- Improved and fixed many things in "Rescue a Citizen" quest. Location are now choosen in bandit camps, with a bandit cheaf inside and not owned by civil war quest.
- Improved a script which is involved in the collect item quests. Now it will be less instanced during the game.
- Fixed more typos and improved texts. Thanks to Carboniac, please give him kudos. Thank you.
- Removed the automatic reading quest note. Quest notes are put in your inventory and you have to read them to activate the relative quests. Added also a tiny description about the quest. So you can refuse the quest by just dropping the note and you go away in another hold.
- Now when you finish a radiant (repetive) quest, it will be available again only when you leave the current hold where you are.
- Some bounty quests will not be immediately available. This includes the "Help the Mercenary" quest too.
- "Irrelevant notes" are now named as "messages"
- New messages system added: now you can write very specific messages for specific notice board.
- Patch for Open Cities is now available
- Updated documentation for modders.
- 20 new messages for Dawnstar by using the new messages system
- 20 new messages for Falkreath by using the new messages system
- 20 new messages for Markarth by using the new messages system
- 8 new messages for Ivarstead by using the new messages system
