Fairly early in my game I had picked up a book in a chest and started the Book Collecting quest. A little bit later I got to a board and got the list of the other books to collect. Unfortunately one of the books was on Wyrmstooth, and I had pushed that quest out to start much later than it does normally. I therefore wasn't able to finish that quest at that point.
After completing a few of the faction quests I finally got to the point to where I could start the Wyrmstooth quest, but I still waited a bit longer to go there. A couple days ago I decided to knock that storyline and the collection quest out. I got to the location the book was in, cleared the enemies in the area out, and then opened the chest the book was in.
As soon as I took everything out I got another message to check a notice board about book collecting. I then got an update that I collected the last book. I was a bit confused so I checked my journal and discovered I have two book collecting quests. I figured the new one must be from someone on Wyrmstooth so i decided to complete the WT storyline so the town could get rebuilt and their notice board get placed (at least I think it will be outside, I could be looking in the wrong place).
Since I had all the books from the first quest I decided to head back to Skyrim and finish it. This is where my problem is. The notice says Calcelmo is the one who gave the quest, but he doesn't have any dialogue options to collect the books, nor am I getting a quest marker to go to him. Could the second book collecting quest be messing this quest up, or did the quest somehow get dropped because I took too long to finish it (I was also sent to Wyrmstooth to kill a vampire, but that quest isn't in my journal anymore)? If the quest remains unfinishable could someone share the console command so I can get it listed as completed in my journal so I can remove the books from my inventory?
