About this mod

Killing bandits or animals is boring because you always know what you may loot from their corpses? Tired of leveling up Enchanting just to survive enemies' spells, or to be able to cast a few more spells before your magicka runs out? Well, not anymore!

Changelogs
This mod requires both Dawnguard and Dragonborn, and latest SKSE and SkyUI.

Killing bandits or animals is boring because you always know what you may loot from their corpses? Tired of leveling up Enchanting just to survive enemies' spells, or to be able to cast a few more spells before your magicka runs out? Well, not anymore!

aims to expand existing loot with even more enchanted armor and weapons. Xtended Loot dynamically enchants and renames armor and weapons that your enemies use, and also has over 1000 vanilla armors and over 300 weapons for you to find as random loot in treasure chests, making fights a bit more challenging, and exploring dungeons a lot more rewarding. The main goal of this mod is to allow the player to focus on exploring and adventuring rather than farming ingredients, crafting hundreds of Iron Daggers, and other meaningless things. It also brings the spirit of classic RPGs into Skyrim! :)

MCM Settings

Once installed, you can customize the mod through the SkyUI's Mod Configuration Menu (MCM).
Drop Rate - a chance for an enemy to get an enchanted item (an armor, clothing, ring, neckalce, weapon).
Tempering Rate - a chance to find tempered (improved) items.
Rarity Rate - a chance for items with better enchantments. Magic items have two effects and weak bonuses, Rare items have two effects and better bonuses than Magic items, Epic items hold enchantments with three effects, and most Legendary items have 4 effects and therefore is very challenging to
acquire.
Allow <...> - controls what type of enemies is affected by this mod, for example, if you don't want to find an ebony armor on a wolf corpse, simply uncheck "Include animals". Allow vendors enables enchanted items from this mod for vanilla vendors. Allow chests enables enchanted loot for various treasure chests, including boss chests with a higher chance than usually to find epic or even legendary items.
Decrease prices - as a side effect of increased amount of enchanted items, you may become rich quite fast. Using this option will decrease selling prices by 50% for any items in game so investing perks in Speechcraft is still reasonable.
Level scaling - similar to vanilla game, the loot quality will be better as you level up, uncheck this for totally random loot.
Enabled - if unchecked, temporarily freezes the mod, might be useful to change rates before entering a dungeon, etc.

Xtended loot

So, why I made yet another loot mod?
Yes, I know there's a lot of them, and they are probably better than this mod since they
(SkyProc-based) can cover all your mods, but for me the biggest minus of these mods is that there is no way to customize or randomize the drop chances. Also, this mod does not edit any vanilla records, so you can probably use Xtended Loot with other loot mods, and surely can use it with any other mod.

And finally, don't forget to leave a comment if you have something to say about mod, or post your ideas how to make this mod better. Happy looting.
