I didn't change the collision or object bounds. Anyone who know how to change the object bounds correctly is welcome to do so and I'll add it to the mod.
From looking at the vanilla mesh, I think you can actually get a better collision than vanilla by following these steps: right-click the NiTriShape and apply its transformation; double-click the bhkRigidBodyT (as if you were renaming its type) and change it to a bhkRigidBody; and then right-click the NiTriShape again and under Havok, generate a convex collision shape. NifSkope has a button to toggle display of the collision, so it should be possible to double-check that this has been done correctly.
Not sure what you mean by bounds, but if you mean the bounds in the Creation Kit, you can only update those if you ship an ESP (and that ESP will conflict with anything else that edits the item, and with non-English versions of the game).
You got it all wrong. Pelagius was a chibi! Joke aside, good idea for those that want to collect the hipbone. Personally I would like a way to simply hand it over to the priest at the Halls of the Dead so it can be interred with he rest of the body.
