Removed cloth version as a requirement for converting items. Now, for example, to make Relic Hunter Gloves (Leather), all you need are Leather Gauntlets. Cloth versions are still craftable.

Adds conversions for the following uniques/rare sets: Ancient Shrouded, Cicero, Guild Master, Jester. Light armors are temperable. All may be converted back to the original item.
Archmage boots conversion now correctly obeys CCOR "Clothing Feet" toggle
