Somebody said they wanted it so here it is. Effort was put into keeping it balanced but relevant throughout leveling.
Matching circlets (with beast race support) thanks to Oaristys in Version 1.1!

- Has appropriate "FingerlessGloves" keyword for Stealth Skills Rebalanced users
- Forwards WAF/CCF fixes
UPGRADING
I hated the idea that the armour would be either overpowered in a new game or become quickly irrelevant as my character leveled. So I came up with a compromise. Here's how it works:
LIGHT ARMOR
- Exchange vanilla armor piece for a piece of Relic Hunter armor with the same stats (Forge)
UPGRADE OPTIONS: Leather, Elven, Scaled, Gilded, Glass & Dragonscale
UNIQUE UPGRADE OPTIONS: Ancient Shrouded, Guild Master
- Plain cloth set is craftable (Tanning Rack)
- Exchange unique armor piece for Relic Hunter piece with identical stats (Tanning Rack)
UNIQUE UPGRADE OPTIONS: Archmage (hooded and unhooded), Jester, Cicero
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
- Any clipping is from the original meshes. I'm not talented enough to fix this currently.
- No conversions to/from generic enchanted items is possible. If you're not leveling enchanting, gear could still ultimately be underpowered.
- If equipped on male characters, it uses Journeyman Mage models
- Ground item is a simple bundle
