   I'm going to open this up so people have a place to suggest things they might want added to this preset.
   
   Know that there are limits to what I can implement, and how many features can be squeezed into each of the different sections (enbeffectprepass is pretty close to the instruction limit, IIRC).
   
   Please do not submit code, I don't need it.
