--- short description ---

A simple, detailed and different starter-home;
The lone Gypsy offers all that an outdoor-loving adventurer needs: A bedroll, safe storage,
respawning ingredients and a cooking/crafting station, embedded in the calming nature of Lake Honrich.

--- location in-game ---

east of heartwood mill, ON lake honrich, far west of riften

--- Installation ---

v. 1.0: Install manually or with NMM - there is only one file in an archive

v. 1.1:

If Version 1.0 is already installed:

Step 1: Remove all your Items from the containers of the boat - if you want, you may also remove the clutter,
but it will be replaced with the new version anyway.

Step 2: save your game, uninstall version 1.0, quit game.

Step 3: Install new version (there is also only one file)

IMPORTANT: ONLY HAVE ONE VERSION INSTALLED

--- follower compatibility ---

followers may climb on the boat with you, but you should dismiss them or have them wait somewhere before entering the boat:
they will try to fit on the boat with you and thus try run around aimlessly and bump into things.

All of the surrounding area is fully navmeshed, including the walkway (v. 1.1 and later).

all containers located on the boat are safe for storage

--- distribution/ crediting ---

You may change the mod, but not upload/post it anywhere without my permission

You may use any screenshots/videos taken and published by me, or that you made yourself,
but you must credit me for the mod as well for any pictures/videos made by me

you may change the mod, but not distribute it in any way without my permission

you may post a link/reference to my mod (only the two locations given above) at any time,
but it would be nice if you informed me

you may post a link/reference to your translation/modification of the mod, if you asked my permission to distribute it first,
