Yes, yes, maybe, fatties, no chimichanga4u, miracles are relative and water to wine is for people who don't drink real drinks. Jack on the rocks, get drunk and make your own miracle.
Meme's are not an accurate representation of humanity. They are humorous pictures. So yeah, I agree with you but also advise you to perhaps not take memes so seriously
The one thing about cheating achievements like this (earning all at once) is that there's still traces that you cheated. Go to your achievements page and look at the dates unlocked. All the achievements will have the same date, which makes it pretty darn obvious you cheated... Well, doubt anyone bothers anyway

Upon Review, it requires a new save to fire. So load it on a new save>Get achivements>Load Primary save.
You won't get the quest stop but that is likely not your goal anyway.
Then again, I always play with Steam offline, and thus haven't completed a single achievement.
