Introduction:
The Tranquil Sanctum is an underground cavern home designed for those players who want a gorgeous, peaceful place where they can rest in between adventures.
The underground hot spring provides a warm atmosphere to fend off the cold winter weather outside.
This home provides plenty of room for followers, work stations, hangout areas, as well as some aesthetic statue gardens.
There are several beds for followers and lots of lovely scenery.

Location:
The entrance should be visible on your map and is located East of Windstad Manor on the other side of the mountain. Check out the screenshot for closer detail.

Installation:
unzip the file and drag and drop the .esp and "scripts" folder into your Skyrim data folder.

Requirements:
This mod requires all of the DLCs for Skyrim.

Compatability:
This will conflict with any mods that are located in the same spot as the entrance.

Uninstallation:
Delete the .esp file and script files that came with the mod.
