This adds a mule named Annie to Whiterun stable.
There is no quest or cost just talk to her!
She is a full featured animal companion.
She will follow, stay, go back to whiterun and can carry all your extra stuff.
There is also a ride able mule that can be added with the CK.
If you want to use this as a resource for your own mods, just add a thank you to TAJocelyn for the jackass!

*WARNING*

She will follow you everywhere! So you need to tell her to stay or suffer the wrath of Annie!
