This is a small utility that allows hotkey zooming in while in first person view.
I have defaults mapped to mouse keys, but you can configure any controls.

CAVEAT: Jaxonz Zoom achieves the zoom effect by dynamically altering the Skyrim.ini value [Display] fDefaultWorldFOV. This value is restored to your original setting when you tap the Zoom Reset hotkey or leave first person view. However, it is possible to leave this value changed if you quit Skyrim while zoomed in. Jaxonz Zoom will recover gracefully, but just in case it also stores the default zoom value in Skyrim.ini as the value [Display] Original_fDefaultWorldFOV.
