Fixed:
- There was an issue that rapidly pressing a hotkey could lead to the mod losing key presses. This was fixed by better thread synchronization.

- Cycler hotkeys: assign 7 (configurable) items to 6 cyclers in total, 2 for each hand, 2 for shouts/powers.
- Manipulate the cyclers using hotkeys, adding, deleting, moving items without the need of going into MCM.
