You should have no problems, unless you are using a save where you have already started the quest-line.
If you are updating from 1.3.2 or an older version delete the old .esp and .bsa

NPCs will read books in the Arcanaeum.
Schedules for Brelyna, Faralda, J'zargo.
Brelyna and Orthorn will practice spells in the Hall of The Elements.
Doors for the Hall of Attainment and Countenance.
Unused Content added
Saarthal miners in "Under Saarthal"
Muril in "The Staff of Magnus"
Added the unused dialogue between Orthorn and the guard in "Hitting the Books".
Added unused Onmund dialogue in "The Staff of Magnus".
Gauntlet in the Midden now has its unused quest setup for it. Read Midden Incident Report.(near Gauntlet)

Arniel should send a courier when he needs you.(Arniel's Endeavor quest)
You can buy the mystic gloves from Drevis Neloren.
New scroll to test for J'zargo.(After testing the Flame Cloak)
Saarthal guards added to Saarthal.
The Archmage boots will resist all types of magic damage instead of just shock damage.
Orthorn should now be in Winterhold after the quest "Hitting the Books", and not disabled or wandering off.
When you become Arch-Mage, Orthorn will move back to the college.
Mages guild quest-line changes
Some changes to Saarthal, more Draugr.
The Jyrik mini boss fight will be somewhat harder.
Few changes to Fellglow Keep.
The Caller fight is slightly harder.
Minor changes to the Midden.
Minor changes to "The Staff of Magnus" quest.
Changes to the "The Eye of Magnus" quest and the final battle
The Thalmor wanted the Eye, yet they didn't bother to send anyone. Now, they will.
Ancano will not be so easy to defeat, and the Thalmor will be helping him.
Level 20+ Recommended.
