ZacZombies No Falling Leaves/Pine Needles mod.

Description:
Using the Skyrim CK I disabled the Leaf/Pine Needles camera effect
that displays falling Leaves whenever a tree is within view of the player.
I never did understand why they would create a leaf with 64 animations
and with such a large texture for detail considering no one looks at them
at all and it just taxes your PC.
The idea behind this mod was to get rid of the Leaves/Pine Needles that
no one looks at, free up some Graphics Card/CPU usage and improve the
games performance.
This is also my first attempt at releasing small mod for Skyrim.

Compatibility:
This mod was cleaned with TES5EDIT and should be compatible with nearly
anything, unless it edits the Leaves or Pine needles.

Usage:
You may also use this mod in yours as well.
