What it does
------------

Adds the new Sniper Bows to the level lists, for distrobution throughout Skyrim, including the merchants.

* Wherever there are bows with Sniper variants, I have added Sniper bows to the level list. I aimed for a 70/30 split because the Sniper Bows are supposed to be higher value and more specialist bows, there should be less of them out in the world.
* Because of the 3 versions of Dwarven Bows....They are more likely to appear than any other bows.
* All bows follow the vanilla games level allotments. So no early items, unless your craft them.
* Dragonbone Bows are ONLY available to be crafted.
* Orcs are stupid...The Orc Bow Level List has been left alone. There is a level list, fcalled "OrcStrongholdBow" but I decided that Orcs arent really the type to add delicate sights to their bows for better aiming. So this list was left as vanilla bows. (You may find some orcs wielding the Sniper Bows. But lets just say they found it and decided to use it :P
* Penitus Guards are supposed to be top level fighters, so they get the Sniper Bows (Longbow for SkyRe), same as the Thalmor.
* There NO enchanted versions around, because that would require me to make each variation of the weapon in CK and add it in. Sorry but thats just not gonna happen

* Use BUM. Set load order to BOTTOM > Overrides S

Can Go anywhere TBH, but this places the patches in the best position....After SNP, after SkyRe (If your using it) and before the bashed patch.
