What would be required to make this have a random chance all through the night? Sometimes a fog rolls in on the waters at night, it would be amazing to have both.
Since I posted this comment I've learned how to script / make quests; your comment reminded me to check this out. It could be fairly easy to make a set time AND a random chance at any hour.
This mod is so cool. In Skyrim, there is surprisingly no fog in large rivers or seas, and there are a lot of fog in small puddles and streams. And they last all day. That's why the mod that eliminates those fogs is so popular. However, if you remove them, it is true that it is a little empty. It would be great if this mod could control all of those fogs.
I tweaked the hell out of it.. One thing I did that was simple but had a big effect was inverting the timing logic -- as is, you can only set it to start between something like 1 and 11am, and to stop sometime between 1 and 11am.But if you invert the logic (have it disable it when it would have enabled it, and vice versa) in the script, then you can have the effect run from sunset to dawn. I was going to go all out and redo it for 24 hour full customization, but.... all I really wanted was sunset to dawn basically, so I just edited two lines in the script and then set the default values in the esp to what I needed it to be to work out. The other thing I did was edit the nifs to use custom textures so that I could tailor the effect to my enb.. but hell, I do that with a lot of stuff anyways..
I wish the effects were in more places (as in every lake/river/stream), but that'd be a pain for me to do. :D
... or vivid weathers? Im not an expert at all, but it should be. I think it just changes occurrence chance by location and maybe some density and particle speed parameters, hopefully all time dependent. It shouldn't change the actual for mechanics, I hope.
Someone could look it up. But, I checked the original MannyGT Morning for, which this isnt supposed to change except adding an MCM, and in the read-me, lo and behold...
>This mod will be compatible every mod including environmental mods like RCRN and Climates of Tamriel. Just place at bottom order loading.
yup. looks good. just load it low, and it'll 'buff' whatever fogs you already have, in the morning.
Hmm, I wonder if it's the water textures themselveses or certain ENB settings that make them look grid-ish? I get this too with my ENB, but I'd like to fix it. Anybody had any luck in that regard?
Well, toning down particles a *bit* more than I like does pretty much eliminate seams. FYI to anyone else playing with this Still, it's such a lovely effect I think it's worth it.
A very convincing and well made effect!,my only wish is that it would be found over more waters in Skyrim.I also had the missing MCM meny problem but it popped up after i speeded up time 24 hours twice!

Have you made any progress yet or did you forget about it again?
