awesome armor really like it, been using it on my new character, just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing weird shadowing around the hide section of the armor when they are outdoors, I don't get it with inside lighting though
its a bug caused by niftools export messing up the skin - somehow it doesnt seem to work 100% of the time thank you very much for reporting this as i didnt notice it.. i just tested inside and enb likely made it not noticeable
by the way what are those bandages around the legs in your pic they fit very well
hey, yea inside buildings caves etc theres no weird shadows it only happens outside, so took a while for me to notice it as well, the leggings they are from the gannicus modular armor mod.
I just want to make a few comments This armor mod is beyond astounding! I've actually made a male barbarian character to don this fine steel. Also I have a couple questions, does the female version use UNP or CBBE body? Also... As a private request, is it possible I could get a person mod of this mod? I just want the female version with out the fur bra. I'm not a pervert or anything lol It just doesn't have that barbarian feel to it/
Edit: STUPID ME~ It escaped me when it clearly said the female version is for CBBE
I don't think this mod says one way or the other. His other mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/45679) says that that one is CBBE. I would suggest putting the body type in the title so it shows up on searches - or am I the only one who searches for armors by body type?
This is a clever mod idea.
Since steel armor has two meshes I often like to take steel armor mods and replace one of the steel armors (the "light" one in this case) - then you get it 1/2 the time in game.
its just a mesh replacer that means whatever bodymod you have installed or vanilla it will be compatible in some cases it may be possible that the body textures appear a bit different depending on wich textures you are using but all in all should work
Testiger, just curious, I'm implementing your armor in my mod and noticed you didn't make the bracers available for Khajiits and Argonians. You gave them vanilla steel plate gauntlets instead. I checked it out myself on Argonian's and Khajiit's and it looks fine on male and females.
Also Tsun's boots look just fine on all races and genders. Might want to consider those instead of the vanilla steel boots.

well that would make sense i guess but havent touched it yet one thing that is clear once im back from holiday i will work over some stuff for this and my other mod now that bodyslide is out
Hey, I like it a lot! Though two requests: I think, from a realistic POV, stats should be a bit lower than normal steel armor, though lower weight is ofc correct. (You know, it covers much less of the body...) Furthermore, I'm just asking, but would a higher resolution be possible? Like, ask for example Cabal120 for his permission to use his texs, as they are great? (Or anyone else of course, OR perhaps yourself? )

Implemented it in my mod and it's now the new, official armor of the Blueskull Bandits from OBIS! Check the images!
