Some details as to what the USKP Blades armor optional download contains:
* Fixed BGS's rush-job reconform for the female armor (no hips, "droopy" breast plates) * fixed BGS's rush-job skinning on upper torso for both armors (pec/breast plate top was going one way when torso twisting, the bottom the complete opposite) * Fixed abnormally thin fingers on Blades F gloves * Fixed BSDismember partition gap when wearing gauntlets (sized to Blades gauntlets only, to cover such gaps for all armor combos would be too massive a burden for USKP and may be flat out impossible) - This change has yet to go into the USKP yet but is queued up for USKP v2.0, and is available to you all now with the optional AMB Blades download
What was done for the AMB Blades adaptation: * Altered material values so the obstructive material settings in the vanilla meshes were no more, and matched the settings CaBaL needed to make the textures look good * Tweeked the UVWs on the breast plates and lower torso armor segments so the textured-on fastener rivets near the ties didn't stretch as badly
This will work with any body model, as it uses no body skin textures or meshes. CBBE already doesn't even touch the Blades armor as CBBE only handles apparel NIFs with body mesh portions in them.

thank you all for the support , the endorsments and all your kind words...i'm sorry if i cannot reply any single message... but they tend to become many please accept a cumulative thank you, your attention for these humble works is really appreciated.
For all who has still trouble with the Blades Armor showing up right in SSE , here a solution that works for me: after optimizing the USLEEP Patch with NIF Optimizer for SSE and installing the patch at the normal way, i only deleted two meshfiles in the blades meshdirectory of skyrim se: 1stpersonbladesarmorf_0.nif and 1stpersonbladesarmorf_1.nif. That are the meshfiles who causing that Problem. Now after deleting, the Blades Armor works well for female characters, even in 1st Person. If you don't know, how to use NIF Optimizer for SSE (its pretty simple), you can download the whole Armor Pack of aMidianBorn, install it via NMM and delete after installing the two mentioned meshfiles....
It doesn't exist a USSEP Patch for Blades Armor, only a USLEEP Patch. As you can see here in the File section. My Solution works, and i would only share it with the community...
Amazing textures man, thx for the mod, I wanted to use blades armour in my current playthough and just realized how ugly the gauntlets looked in first person , you are a lifesaver. Im using se btw and everything is working fine.
Hey Cabal I'm a big fan of your work! Your textures are amazing!
For the people that are having issues on the special edition version with the meshes that come with this mod. (Like I had) I have found a fix:
- Download Cabal's textures and install them AFTER the unofficial patch;
- Download AMB Blades USLEEP Compatibility Patch on the file section of this page and extract it somewhere but NOT on your game folder! (I extracted to a folder on my desktop);
- Download SSE NIF Optimizer on the Skyrim special edition nexus page, extract the executable to a folder (I did it on my desktop too) and run it as an admin;
- Select the "AMB Blades USLEEP Compatibility Patch" folder you extracted before and click on "optimize". DON'T select anything else! Use default settings!;
- Exit the SSE Nif Optimizer, repack your new optimized folder as a .7z format and add the repacked folder to Nexus Mod Manager;
- Install it like usual on Nexus mod manager and you're done!
The reason I'm saying this is that even though the patch on this page makes the blades armor work on SSE, the Helmet was still causing graphic glitches all over the place and this is what made all pieces work really well on the special edition version. No more immersion breaking bright giant triangles of doom, yay!
@JayModder Right click on the meshes folder and then click "send to". After that choose to compress/zip the folder. Rename the folder to something like 'bladespatch' etc. In the mod manger, click the big green plus sign that says 'add from file', navigate to your newly added file in the manager and activate it.
Can't thank you enough for this guide and Cabal for the amazing armor ! if you follow this guide correctly you should not have any problem (even first person female is fine can verify)
The SEPTIM guide on Skyrim SE said not to download this, but didn't really say why; just to skip it. Is the reason because of the 1rst person female is broken? I play in 3rd, so it's not even a big deal to me.
P.S. Could I just grab the textures and use them in SE?
Awesome, thanks! Downloaded the full aMidian armor set and didn't know about this for a while since I rarely visit Sky Haven Temple. Then I got all OCD and had to fix it, so I appreciate it!
Hey CaBal I'm here to ask you to upload yourself or to allow your mods to be uploaded by Skeletor(He is currently managing SMIM, Osmodius, Vivid landscapes, etc. Many amazing texture replacers). Please read my letter. I will be posting it on all your mods, because I can't PM you and don't know if you still check which comments.
I know you said you do not want to give permission, but in this life if you don't ask for things you will never get anything. So I at least have to try to convince you to change your mind. It's been a year since Special Edition has came out and the Xbox community numbers have died off a lot but there's no doubt in my mind that your mods would still obtain thousands, maybe tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands of downloads after some time. The reason why is because they are beautiful. In this world that is turning increasingly ugly we all need to look at beautiful things. Your mods are some of the most beautiful pieces of artwork I have seen in any mod ever! I think it is a shame that such beauty is restricted to a small community. It would be like restricting the Parthenon for only Greeks to visit it. Or never letting anyone see the Sistine Chapel and it's beautiful paintings except the Cardinals and Popes. Beauty can elevate the mind, soul, and people in this world. So I hope you will share this beauty you have created with xbox users. Not just downloads or fame, but because people need to know it exists, that someone made this, and that there are still talented people making beautiful things. Especially for Skyrim as Western games become increasingly less and less appealing to me and many others.
Cabal I beg you to please reconsider and let your works of art be uploaded to xbox. We don't want to make money off your work, or take your credit, all credit will go to you, or you can upload them whatever you wish. The point is I want everyone who plays this game to have the option to play with your mods if they wish too, I think you decided to make these mods and share them because you wanted others to enjoy your work. So please let us enjoy your work. I don't support these corrupt companies, but I think by putting your mods on xbox for us, with all this CC club nonsense people will see that these mods cannot compete with your free mods. I'm sorry to write so much, but I really mean all this and I wanted to let you know. I hope you will read this far and seriously re-consider. I cannot afford a good enough PC after my last one broke. Or I would get one to be able to play Skyrim with fantastic mods like yours.
Thank you for your time, one of your biggest fans!
That's subjective though. USLEEP fixes bugs in vanilla skyrim. This was a bug. So they fixed it. How in Oblivion do you determine "what needs" fixing? You're asking them to basically read your mind.

I know, you're short of time, but perhaps you could take a look into that update?
Else, great textures by you, just installing them (nearly) all.
