You gain character experience for killing, quests and using noncombat skills (enchanting, alchemy, smithing, pickpocket and lockpicking).
Added settings for changing spell power and weapon damage.
Only hostile spells have random duration.
Skill books and teachers give less random bonuses to skills.

Fixed a bug that did not display menu for distribution skill points and menu for changing attributes.
Heavy armor determines maximum of agility.
