Thanks for the great addition. One problem arose for me after installing the optional Serana patch. After telling her she could dress better so i could change her look, she reverts to walking around my house naked every time i come home. It only seems to take leaving the cell and re-entering and no set amount of time. Any help would be much appreciated.

I use the My home is your home mod to set her home location. And i did try the "you could dress better", "you are naked" options. also she seems to be the only one affected.
It's really no big deal. Luckily i do have a clean save without the patch that i can revert to. Just thought i would pass on the bug. The dragonborn patch works great btw. Thank you.
Did you do that when she was dismissed? I had the same bug at Volhikar Castle after dismissing her however my nude Serana was a clone. I had two Serana running around, one coming from Talos know where. The buggy naked one with on the line of " You're naked" and another fully clothed and working UFO frindly Serena. I don't know who was the original and who was the clone but the functional one was fine. I've finished dawnguard and Dragonborn with her without anymore follower related bugs.

Gave her a new outfit and dismissed her to live there - was running around with several followers at the time she came back to Castle Dawnguard cured - and she is a nuisance for causing friendly fire incidents as the UFO functionality for telling her to ignore being hit doesn't seem to work. If I leave the house and come back she's wandering around nude except for a sword. Happens every time.
I'll remove the patch and do the no sleep wait thing for 31 days - see if that solves it.
I finally found a workaround - Sokco's guild starter mod. You tell her to follow you and then tell her to head over to your HQ (which is your house in your case). The next time you enter that cell, she wont be naked. Also, that mod adds better sandboxing AI to all your recruits.
1. UFO 1.2i has Dawnguard addon,so is the Serena Patch still needed for 1.2i ? What about 1.2j ,which originally supports Dawnguard and Hearthfire DLC ? 2. Does the Priority-tweak Patch compile with both 1.2i and 1.2j ? 'Cause I'm thinking of combining the main file, addons and your patches together using NMM install scripts

Double check patch is installed correctly and is active. If its still not working then you probably have ' DLC1_NPCMentalModelScript.pex' in your script directory that is overriding the patch. Loose files ALWAYS override BSA packed files. I don't know why you would have a copy of the script loose in the scripts directory unless a mod put it there. Try and figure out what put it there before you delete/move/rename it.
As to a dark brotherhood patch... what needs patched with the dark brotherhood?
I tried using the Serana patch but even after unhiring and rehiring her the "You know..." option did not appear. It works with every other follower. Anyone know why? It also changes her appearance as well.(From what seranaholic has)
once I activated this UOP my followers totally stopped doing ay of my orders once I uninstalled it everything went normal .. or so I hope what's it with this UOP??

They don't have "You know" dialogue. They are special system as Serana (I guess).
It also changes her appearance as well.(From what seranaholic has)
EDIT: nvm i read that if im going with the 2.1i get this if going for 2.1j nope
