  = Primary Needs Menu =

  = Activate =
  Activates the mod and adds a new spell Primary Needs Status and Actions to the spell menu.
  
  = Burping Sound =
  Activates/Deactivates Burping sound if the Player is overfull.
  
  = Timescale =
  Adjusts the game timescale. I recommend timescale 16.
  
  = Food Discovery Chance =
  Set a food discovery chance in barrels and dungeons. Default ZF: 35%, Vanilla: 75%.
  
  = ZF Guide =
  Adds the Guide to the inventory.
  
  
  = Sleep Menu =

  = Release the Player =
  Releases the Player if he got stuck in trying to sleep in an owned bed.
