    I've decided that I want to cut down on scripted mods for my game, and im relatively new to the modding scene, so i don't really know what to do about this, but basically;

    I followed the uninstall intructions and i noticed that the first time i pressed the "activate mod" button to deactivate the mod it instantly ctd. Now whenever i try to do any kind of save in my game, i promptly crashed to desktop. I've tried to reinstall, uninstall again, and then try uninstalling again without using the mcm button, but nothing works.

    Im guessing that it has to do with the scripts that this mod uses, or perhaps it is a different mod, but this made the problem worse. My skyrim has been very unstable for the past couple days even before uninstalling (hence the reason i uninstalled - i dont run the best rig) and i really want to get this all figured out.

      Always create a back up save before loading and corrupting a save, on accident. Also, do you have all the animations, fnis, and other mods needed to ensure this plays friendly with whatever custom mods and settings you have? And yes, scripts aren't the best way of handling mods, as they tend to be heavy on the cpu side (Thank goodness I have an overclock i5), but I still get large fps drops in areas like whiterun from scripts and mods running.

      Your other option is to run a clean save program and try and remove all references to the mod. I had to do this with tk recoil because the scripts in that mod, by the same developer, aren't stable yet and cause papyrus log errors. I like his mods, but they do seem to be on the heavier side, which is the risk you take downloading a free mod that costs us nothing and is produced by someones hard work. You can always try and learn what is going on via debugging and tes5edits and recommend things or you will have to wait for the developer to hopefully address these issues.
