New chitin goggles courtesy of volvaga0 from Chitin Goggles. They are more likely to be equipped than the dwemer-styled goggles.

Removed ash storms from Raven Rock. Added light, medium, heavy ash fall weathers that occur mainly in this location. These falling pieces of ash will not trigger watery eyes. FormIDs are XX05B29C, XX05B29D and XX05B2A0 from light to heavy.
Ash storms now defined as snowy, wind speed >= 0.07 and occurring in a warm region.
Minor adjustments to face cover textures. Black goggles adjusted to look less like sunglasses.
Eye protection keyword switched from 'TraitPowerHungry' to 'WerewolfCeremony'.
