Changing versions from an exterior to interior teleport destination or vice versa:

A so-called clean save is "recommended" to remove the old references. Uninstall the version you're using now. Load your game and move to an interior cell away from the luxury Suite. Then save in a new slot. Exit to desktop, install the new version, load your previous save. Save again. Then reload.

Installation: I highly recommend the all-in-one Nexus Mod Manager install/uninstall. Let it do the work for you.)

Manual installation: Extract the Data folder from the version you're using to \Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim. Merge/replace.

Manual uninstall: Now that there are five versions (possibly more to come) the simplest way is to compare the files in the archive to your installed files. Besides the ESP there are up to five scripts (at present) in the combined versions.

HearthFire+Dragonborn: HearthFire and Dragonborn DLC required. Teleports you and your followers inside the three HearthFire houses and Severin Manor. NOTE: The teleport dialogue will not be available until you have completed the small one-room house (HearthFire) and finished the "Served Cold" quest (Dragonborn)

HearthFire outside+Dragonborn: HearthFire and Dragonborn DLC required. Teleports you close to the front door of the three HearthFire houses, and inside Severin Manor. NOTE: The teleport dialogue will not be available until you have purchased the specific property (HearthFire) and finished the "Served Cold" quest (Dragonborn)

HearthFire: HearthFire DLC required. Teleports you and your followers inside the three HearthFire houses. NOTE: The teleport dialogue will not be available until you have completed the small one-room house.
