Just to be clear, this is only for the "side file" zzjay and GD put up for Regal Assassin in particular; it has nothing to do with the main hoods with hair mod, which doesn't include that item.
no, the archmage leaves you the outfit once you become archmage. It's a cloth piece that exists in the game, you can also cheat it with console commands.
I haven't done the SE port, so i can't upload files there, but i can upload a new file, so keep your eyes open for the new version.
I was looking in the ESP file and didn't actually see the Archmage Hood included (in the variant that's supposed to include it, I mean). Regardless, one total error is that the upgradeable version isn't - all the crafting records fail to give an item to produce at the end of the tempering, so all it does is consume smithing ingredients without producing anything. That file should just be removed, given that it doesn't work, but there's no reason to fix it since there's a separate mod that enables both smithing (creation) and tempering -- linked to from this mod's main page.
I always loved this classic veteran mod for Skyrim. The hoods are great for making a journey in the cold regions of Skyrim. Making the characters stylish, feminine and well dressed. Adds to my immersion. And the hoods for NPC are great. Especially for Karliah. It makes her not alien bald, but really cute when wearing it. What an awesome mod!
Wondering if anybody could point a complete newb and person with no graphical design skill or knowledge towards some tutorials for messing with meshes. i want to add this hair to the Hedge Mage Armor by Elleh as it better looking than the optional hair that mod has. I have to imagine it's accomplish-able and that the wig mesh resource in the files is going to already have me half way there, I just don't know how to get the rest of the way.
Job small or not you need the complete set of skil that any blender edit requires.
II suggest you download blender 2.49b from oblivion nexus and read the tutorial at tesalliance http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/topic/5639-creating-skyrim-armor-in-blender-tutorial-series/
I installed the hoods for nocturnal and serana, but when i wear those my pc hair become weird... like purple and trying t change with showracemenu doesn't help. can you help me?
Thank you for this mod. Is there any chance you might make the texture like the ones on vanilla ? Because i prefer the vanilla unhooded robe and seems like no hood in this mod match in color...
