tejn's Simple Skyrim Spell Scaling Solution - v2.02

1. "Fortify Spell School" effects from potions and enchantments are swapped:
enchanted gear increases spell power, and potions reduce casting costs.

2. To compensate for not having cost reduction from gear, reduction from skill
has been increased. At 100 skill, spells cost about 65% less than vanilla.
This is an exponential function, so there's less difference at lower ranks.

When installing or removing this mod, ensure that you are not under the effects
of any Fortify Spell Skill enchantments or potions. If you are, the game engine
gets terribly confused. Should you forget to do this, the following procedure
will clean everything up:

First, remove all apparel and allow any potions to expire. Save your game, then
reload it. Open the console and type the following:

player.ForceAV AlterationMod 0
player.ForceAV AlterationPowerMod 0

...and so on for each school. You can skip schools that had no fortify effects
when you installed the mod.
