Both Jordis and Iona mods are standalone, and only the ApachiiSkyHair mod is required.

ApachiiSkyHair
The Jordis face tattoo is from Netherwalk's Lydia v1, and it's now included because Nethewalk has removed the Lydia v1.
The Iona mod has its own face femalehead.nif file, and it can be switched out using CK by doing CNTL-F4 after switch out the file with your own.
The bsa file usage will result in less smooth face texture because Skyrim will load the Data directory last and override.
