Actually I knew it wasn't required, I just liked the mods so I tried adding them to the game. Why did I say WTF to you? Well because you got them to work for these standalone NPCs
Though actually the real problem was I missed the part where you said you used the FACE from the the Fair Skin mod.... so it was more my fault of being oblivious. Of course still a good Idea to do the Credits format most people use as I see you changed it to.
Both Jordis and Iona mods are standalone, and you do not need to install the mods I mentioned except ApachiiSkyHair. I listed the mods included for credits to those authors. The only mod you need is the Jordis tatoo, and it will be using the Jordis file name. I'll update the description page to eliminate the confusion.
I might do Iona (Riften) NPC since I haven't seen one I liked. I've been using Svarog' face mod for some of my followers. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23674
