This mod is so cool. In Skyrim, there is surprisingly no fog in large rivers or seas, and there are a lot of fog in small puddles and streams. And they last all day. That's why the mod that eliminates those fogs is so popular. However, if you remove them, it is true that it is a little empty. It would be great if this mod could control all of those fogs.
I don't know if anyone else still plays with this mod or pays attention, but I'm happy to report that, provided you unpack the BSA included and convert the ESP in Creation Kit, this mod appears to be fully functional in Skyrim SE.
I just did so and tested it out, and got the joy of watching that morning fog in Riverwood roll in that morning.
