I love the spot where you put it, right on top of the river... its so peaceful great job man, but i might suggest adding an attic? with trophies... ( like the ones from hearthfire Trollls,spriggans skeever etc.) EDIT: you should probably also change the latest version to 1.4 you kinda confused me there bud
Thanks.. woops forgot to update the version, good to see someone is alert! Not sure how i would add an attic to this house, it is just a single story farmhouse..
I was checking this out and it looks really good and am tracking it for now. Since the sub-level is partially submerged it would be cool if you could add moss to the lower level and possibly water puddles on the floor since it is more than likely that water rushing against it over time would creep through the mortar.

It is important to keep track of where things go so its easier to grab a new house mod (Poor Riverwood its getting very cluttered :p)

I really liked the location (doesn't clash with other Riverwood housemods), and the little bit of landscaping done around the house.
You can probably want to add a trapdoor and ladder combo into the river, so it becomes easier to enter or exit the house via an alternative exit. :-)
ALSO DO NOT MARK FOR DELETE ANY VANILLA ITEMS!
