If you're in to doing Daedric quests as a good guy, then just don't do the ones who are completely evil. Problem solved.
Molag Bal: Lord of Corruption, brutality, rape, and slavery Lolth... Er, I mean Mephala: Prince of betrayal, lies, sex, and murder Boethiah: Prince of Plots, whose sphere includes treason, assassination, and secret plots of murder Mehrunes Dagon: destruction, revolution, natural disasters
Yeah, a good guy would totally work for them *rolls eyes*
I wish there was a way to fail the quest by basically telling the specific Daedric Lords to basically go f*#@ themselves. I'm roleplaying a Imperial Paladin with my current character but I want to do as many quests as possible. We shouldn't have to just ignore a quest because we're roleplaying as a good guy.
You can do that to Namira, simply kill her cultist when she tells you to kill the priest of Arkay Same goes to Mehrunes Dagon, simply let the guy walk away with the blade shards, and kill the dremoras Dagon sends at you
If you are willing to go as low as to ignore the RP conduct you set for your own self for some silly artifact, then you should just add the artifact to your inventory with a code. Its the same cheating, really.
That's the beautiful thing about Skyrim though. It is singleplayer. And with mods, each individual player can set up their playthrough precisely the way they want to experience it without someone else crying about it.
any chance i there is an option to defy Boethiah and spare the previous Champion, and as a reward for sparing his life, he will give you the ebony mail?

I was running into some kind of bug where followers wouldn't touch the stupid pillar. Even non-essential followers. No one would touch it. (Not that I blame them.) This mod bypassed the issue and made it so I didn't need a follower to do anything to complete the quest.
Also, I can confirm this works perfectly with Epic Restoration. I touched the pillar myself, the random npc got bound to the pole, then I used Renounce, fought everyone, and received the divine reward for my righteousness. It was perfect. No problems at all. In fact, I liked it better this way, and would use it again with Epic Restoration even if I didn't have any issues with followers.
OK I finally figured out what the problem was for me. Read my lengthy post below for details. In summary:
THIS MOD IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH AMAZING FOLLOWER TWEAKS AND NEEDS TO BE PATCHED TO WORK
The conflict has to do with the follower that Boethiah provides, he simply won't appear when you touch the altar. To find the conflict, load the "AK- Boethiah Alternate.esp" and the AmazingFollowerTweaks.esp in TES5Edit. In Boethiah plugin navigate to the "Furniture, 00083040" record and look in this location:
Find the the Properties for the "AKFaithful" object, it's near the top and shows up in red because it conflicts. You'll see that it is blocked by Amazing Follower Tweaks. Simply forward that record to a patch file that gets loaded after AFT.
I tested this change and everything works as intended and is FIXED. Hence I have ENDORSED this mod.
I have to do all this just to use this mod? I'd rather keep AFT and never do boethiah then, IDC because I shouldn't have to do anything to fix THIS mod. AFT should be compatible with everything.
I know this post is quite old, but if someone explain to me in detail what i've to do to fix the conflict between this mod and Amazing Follower Tweaks with TES5Edit, he would do me a favour since i had no idea that there was a conflict between those two mods when i installed them into my game

Worst case is that a "create" a follower from some roaming bandit and sacrifice him ;-)
