Perhaps you have a model or texture mod that alters it? That's where I would look. Do you at least get the red wings? That would mean my mod was installed correctly, or is not overwritten by something, at least.
Faelrin, it has been comfirmed that your mod only adds red wings,that its and the photo u had upload for this mod does not match.The missing part is crown and cape,mind fixing it ?
I spawned one of the Harkon actors (what they are called in the CK) with a console command (and used the sexchange command I think to make it female) to get pics of what was altered, since I don't really ever play vampire lord characters. The mod does not swap the armor at all, which would probably require a mesh edit, so yes only the wings are red. The wing texture is also on the same texture file as the armor's textures. I hope this clears things up.
Hi Faelrin! Thanks for the excellent mod! The new color scheme is so much better than the sickly green of Skyrim's original vamp lord skin. When I used your mod along with "Vampire Lord Wings by Akavir" and "Larger Wings", my vampire lords were vastly improved! I noticed that "Vampire Lord Wings" wasn't completely compatible with your retexture - the fleshy parts of the wings kept your charcoal gray color, but the membrane reverted to the original green-gray instead of your red recoloring. I encountered the same issue when testing "Grimoas Vampire Lord." Not sure whether or not you're still supporting this mod, but, if you're interested, I think it would be excellent to have a patch or some sort of revision in order to fully enjoy your black and red color scheme along with the great vampire lord mesh-changing mods out there - like "Vampire Lord Wings by Akavir" and "Grimoas Vampire Lord."
