I do like the ideas behind this config. However, it appears that the black level is rather high. That is, there are no near-black colors any more, only sort-of-dark greys. I believe this is contributing to the "milky" feel someone else mentioned, as it's overall hurting the contrast of the image.
edit: Bloom's pretty mild compared to vanilla, but i think understand how to adjust the amount.

My question is though, how can i get the Shadow Fix, God Rays and Bokeh DoF without any other effects?
Yeah, its really dependent. I've spent hours comparing mine to the other prominent ENBs, trying to fix fog ranges, dark nights, dark overcast/rain.
I'm almost at the giving up point. I might just return to imaginator & DoF ENB instead.
