This was fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete.
It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP.
If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.
On a serious note. This mod does, somewhat, ease the issue. I find, however, that the Unofficial Skyrim Patch remedies the issue entirely. So I have to suggest using that instead, if you have just noticed the bug.
Just a note to anyone considering using this mod -
When I installed it, and ran BOSS (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6), I got the following "error" message:
"Delete. Already included in Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp."
So, if you're using Unofficial Skyrim Patch (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19), then you don't need to download this as it has already been wrapped into USP's numerous fixes.
Endorsed, nonetheless, and many thanks to Daemonjax for this fix!
PS., if you're not using USP, you really should...
Okay I went to whiterun, and torches (in the big round things, not torches that are fastened against walls) they get dim suddenly when I get close. Not too much but it's bugging the sh*t out of me! I also have Realisting Lighting with Customization mod installed as well. Where should this be in load order? I let BOSS order everything yet I had to move Realisting Lighting to very bottom or it would not work. Should I do the same with your file? Load it to the bottom?
EDIT: I noticed one of the firepit-torches on the left (when you first enter whiterun) has a problem. The light in the actual smoke dont show up till you get close.
