There is no new dialogue, and yes, there is journals to be found, 3 exactly, but just one is vital to take a hint on how the sword can be found. I don't like making it easy, if you want a powerful weapon, you will have to work for it.
Thank you! But in this case, no :/, I usually build weapons that are supposed to be unique or its type and design is strictly tied to my vision of the mod and the lore behind it.
