For the author I would say to ask someone like ChakraSSE to help you make it into a real Skyrim mod as they have made a lot of armour mods from stuff like this
You've either uploaded the incorrect file, your client wasn't aware/transparent about what file types need to be used for Skyrim, or this is a modder's resource that you've labelled as alchemy

There is no DDS textures, no NIF models, no BSA archive, no PEX/PEC scripts, no XML scripts, and no plugin
This will not work in your game as Skyrim can not even read this as a mod
It is a blender project with zero DDS, NIF, BSA or plugin files
You should label this mod as Modders Resource, instead of Alchemy.
That shows to mod authors that your mod is something they can modify or use.
