This mod is a LE backport of Lexa0100/MWa's SSE mod thanks to open permissions. Description below is copied from original SE modpage.

- WHAT YOU GET -

A neato mage of Storm (or Arclight) to follow you on your tamrielic journeys. 

He journeyed to Skyrim because he heard that the Colledge was about to open the ruin of Saarthal and uncover its mysteries, but when he arrived he found the door closed shut and a bunch of unfinished clearing works!
Maybe you can help him gain access to the ruins, or decide to go together on some other unrelated adventure, he is a capable follower. 

He looks a lot like my Sanyon from the MW Namira Followers, in fact he shares (almost) the same face as him. 

2 spells set: vanilla Sparks, or Arclight, but you need the original mod.

2 eye colors to complement the spells' choice (screenshots in the gallery), with optional files to switch the eye choice.

He is flagged [X] ESSENTIAL and [X] MARRIAGEABLE. 

No body or skin included, for maximum compatibility.

Race: Altmer
Class: Electromancer 
Level: min.5 max.500, he levels at 0.9x ratio to the Player, +100 offset to Magicka
Perks: Destruction, Alteration, Conjuration (he knows 1 Expert-level Elemental-summon), Light Foot
Equipment: Unenchanted Robes, a Steel Dagger
Location: Outside Saarthal's excavation site
IMPORTANT: he uses the MaleElfHaughty voice, so you need a way to recruit him (check requirements)

No. Maybe. He can be for you! 

Do I need this?
Yes!

Compatible with? 
Ryn's Saarthal, yes. 
Greater Saarthal, yes. 

Can he wear armor?
He has perks for unarmored and Flesh-spells up to Expert, but I imagine he will wear armor if you give it to him. His stats for light/heavy are equally low. 

I want to have Arclight magic and blue eyes, or vice-versa?
No problem: download the correspondent optional file and overwrite your main file, merge if you want.
