   i  downloaded the mod and it said 2.31 gigs.so i did not get it all

      yes, it's a nexus problem they are looking into hopefully, for now you can use the mirror and if it has problems run it through Cathedral Assets Optimizer.  Cathedral Assets Optimizer at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
